Adjustable And Positive Flanged Chokes

The Adjustable and Positive Chokes are designed and manufactured in accordance with API 6A, for pressures up to 10,000 PSI (700 bar).
These chokes are available in a large sizes range, and with various trims depending upon customer requirements.
The products are designed to perform according to the requirements of PR1 Performance Requirement Level and, on request, PSL1, PSL2 and PSL3 Product Specification Levels.

Casing Head Housing

The casing head housings are used to suspend and to seal the casings.
The flanges and the passing inside diameters are designed according to API spec.6A.

The casing head housing is available with:
- female API 8RD threads for casings
- slip-on welded connection
The casing head housings are furnished with two threaded outlets or flanged studded outlets and have full-opening vertical bores meeting dimensional requirements of the API 6A.

Casing Head Spools

The casing spools used to suspend and to seal the casings.
The flanges and the passing inside diameters are designed according to API spec.6A.
On request, the side outlets of casing spools are provided with TBG or LP threads, or with threaded flanges.
Casing head spools are provided with a seat for secondary sealing. The lower flange can be provided with a second smaller supplementary ring gasket allowing the maximum pressure build-off with one stage.

Christmas Trees

Christmas Trees for flowing, gas-lift or injection, ranging from 140 bar (2,000 PSI ) to 700 bar (10,000 PSI ) API working pressure with flange sizes in accordance with API Spec. 6A are available.
Christmas Trees are manufactured in Standard Trim, H2S-NACE, H2S + CO2-NACE.

Device For Replacing Under Pressure Valves

The device is used in replacing valves on wings of Christmas Trees or Well heads, during operations.
The product provides the safety during manipulations as well as the replacement operation quality.
The device is fastened to the body of valves by a threaded flange, featuring a perfect sealing at the opening.
By actuating the rod, the lateral plug is screwed into a suitable hole provided in the flange on the vertcal column.
By this operation, the valve is isolated and can be removed.

Expanding Parallel Gate Valves With Nonrising Stem

This type of valves is used in the oilfield industry for drilling and production operations for nominal pressures of 140, 210, 350 bar (2000, 3000, 5000 PSI).
The products are designed to perform according to the requirements of PR1 Performance Requirement Level and, on request, PSL1, PSL2 and PSL3 Product Specification Levels.

Working medium: water, oil products, gases, steam.

Expanding Parallel Gate Valves With Rising Stem

This type of valves is used in the oilfield industry for drilling and production operations for nominal pressures of 700 bar (10 000 PSI).
Working medium: water, oil products, gases with a light corrosive action.

FC Model Gate Valves (Slab Gate)

This type of valves is used in the oilfield industry for drilling and production operations for nominal pressures of 210, 350, 700 and 1050 bar (3000, 5000, 10000 and 15000 PSI).
Working medium: water, oil products, gases, steam or other fluids with low corrosion.

Pack-off Flanges

Pack-off flanges are usually used as a cross-over connection to adapt flanges of different pressure ratings or sizes and provide an extra safety seal of the casing.
There are pack-off flanges provided with one seal, recommended for pressures up to 5,000 PSI (350 bar) and pack-off flanges with two seals, recommended for pressures up to 15,000 PSI (1050 bar).

The type of Pack-off flange depends on the seal used in it.

PMGR 1050 Type Hand Lubrication Pump

The Hand Pump is designed to supply all cavities of the stuffing box or body of valves with consistant grease.
The Hand Pump provides the lubricating up to 1050 bar (15,000 PSI) maximum pressure.

Running In And Pulling Out Devices For Back-Pressure Valves

The running in and pulling out device for backpressure valves is delivered together with all accessories necessary for well shutting-off jobs, fracturing and acidization.
The running in end pulling out devices allow the displacement of master valves, after the mounting of back-pressure valves.
The technology of well shutting-off by setting a back-pressure valve or a plug in the tubing hanger avoids well killing with drilling mud, this offering considerable economical and time advantages.
The back-pressure valves and plugs are designed to withstand the working pressure of the X-mas trees in which they are mounted. The size ratings of the back-pressure valves and plugs are according to API sizes of the tubing string.

Tubing Heads

The tubing heads are used to suspend and to seal the tubings with 2 ⅜ in (60,3 mm), 3 ½ in (88,9 mm), 2 ⅞ in (73 mm) si 4 ½ in (114,3 mm) diameters.
The Tubing heads consist of a flanged spool in which a tubing hanger is suspended, locked by a special nut or by lock-down screws.
The tubing hanger is provided with a special thread for mounting - dismounting of back-pressure valves or test plugs.
The tubing flanges are provided with a seat for secondary seal of casing. The flanges and side outlets are in accordance with API Spec. 6A

Well heads

The Well heads are used to suspend the casings and to seal the annular space between them, from 2⅜ ÷ 20 inches and 2000 ÷ 10000 PSI W.P. in any combination.
Well Heads are manufactured in Standars Trim, H2S-NACE si H2S + CO2-NACE.
